FRACTIONAL CMO
AI MINDSET
Built the audience and community system around a premium AI-learning business.
Turned a specialist cohort format dependent on Telegram placements, referrals and a bot into a public-facing system across identity, webinars, YouTube, email, Telegram and a member community.

THE WORK
AI Mindset had a strong specialist learning format, but a narrow acquisition loop: Telegram placements, alumni referrals and a bot. It needed a public identity, recurring reasons to return between cohorts, and an offer system capable of supporting higher-value individual and team formats.
As Fractional CMO, I built the visual and communications system around the labs: programme identity, launch and warm-up webinars, Founder OS showcases, YouTube packaging, email and Telegram lifecycle, a Space community and recurring formats including Random Coffee. The work helped turn a narrow acquisition loop into a more repeatable audience and community system. Paid cohort enrolment grew across the three cohorts I worked on — 85 → 100 → 150 — and the following cohort exceeded 200 paid participants after my mandate. That later result is downstream context, not claimed as sole personal causality.
23 live programme and community events personally led. Community grew from 0→200 members; YouTube from 700→1,800. Three paid cohorts recorded 335+ enrolments: F25 85, Context Lab 100, W26 150.
The three paid cohorts establish at least €148,650 in minimum list-price seat value. This is not recognised revenue; it excludes higher-tier mix, team packages, discounts, scholarships, instalments, refunds and taxes.
