Built formats around digital sovereignty, diasporas and emerging institutions — programming, partnerships, production, moderation, visual language and distribution — with Vitalik Buterin, Lou Kerner, Patri Friedman, Kimberly Adams and Mark Lutter.
THE WORK
404 Embassy made abstract questions — network states, diaspora infrastructure, digital sovereignty, new city models and alternative institutions — discussable in public. I conceived and led the formats end to end: developed the thesis, programmed the agenda, brought in speakers and partners, assembled temporary teams, produced and moderated events, built the visual and editorial language, then extended the work through clips, podcasts and writing.
The programme included public conversations and sessions with Vitalik Buterin, Lou Kerner, Patri Friedman, Kimberly Adams and Mark Lutter. Across London, Lisbon, Berlin, Cyprus, Dubai and Singapore, it convened 700+ attendees with an average NPS of 83.
At Lisbon Diaspora Day, the programme moved from abstract network-state discourse into concrete diaspora questions: democratic infrastructure, legal exclusion, emergency-state tooling, economic zones, housing and governance.
The editorial work included conversations such as Kimberly Adams, From Dead Capital to Liquid Nation, and Lou Kerner, Gov ≠ Friend. The same inquiry later developed into a forthcoming 2027 book chapter on Ivan Illich and AI.
